Terms of Service
By using Nudge you agree to these terms. Please read them — they’re written in plain language. These terms form a contract between you and Nudge Labs FZ-LLC.
1. Using Nudge
Nudge is a personal relationship manager. You must be 13 or older to use it.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your password.
Use Nudge only for lawful purposes. Don’t use it to harass or harm others.
2. Your content
The contacts, notes, and memories you add to Nudge are yours. We claim no ownership over your personal data.
You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Nudge service to you.
You can export or delete your data at any time.
3. Subscriptions
Nudge offers a free tier and two paid plans: Plus and Pro. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel any time from your account settings — access continues until the period ends.
We offer a 14-day refund on paid plans. Email hello@nudgeapp.ae within 14 days of purchase with your receipt.
We may change prices with 30 days’ notice. Price changes won’t affect your current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Nudge service.
Don’t use Nudge to stalk, monitor, or collect data about people without their consent.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual property
Nudge, the Nudge logo, and all original content on nudgeapp.ae are the property of Nudge Labs FZ-LLC.
You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute Nudge’s branding, design, or code without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
Nudge is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nudge’s total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
