Privacy Policy

When you create a Nudge account we collect your email address and any profile information you provide.

The contact information (names, phone numbers, notes) you add to Nudge is stored securely on our servers to power the app’s features.

We collect usage data — how you interact with the app — to improve Nudge. This is aggregated and anonymised where possible.

If you subscribe via Stripe, payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and we never see your full card number.

We use your email address to: (a) create and authenticate your account, (b) send you app notifications and nudge reminders you configure, (c) send product updates and billing receipts.

We use your contacts and notes exclusively to power Nudge features on your behalf. We never sell, share, or use this data to train third-party AI models.

AI-powered features (Intelligent Nudges) process your data to generate suggestions. This processing happens in our infrastructure under strict data-use controls.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).

We are incorporated in the UAE under RAKEZ and comply with UAE data protection regulations. We are committed to GDPR-equivalent protections for all users globally.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

Stripe — payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. See stripe.com/privacy.

Apple / Google — in-app authentication and push notifications via their respective platforms.

We do not use advertising networks, data brokers, or sell your data to any third party.

Paid subscriptions (Plus, Pro) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

On cancellation, your plan downgrades to Free at the end of the billing period. Your data is not deleted on cancellation.

We offer a 14-day refund policy. Email hello@nudgeapp.ae within 14 days of purchase.

You may request: (a) a copy of all data we hold about you, (b) correction of inaccurate data, (c) deletion of your account and all associated data.

To exercise these rights, email privacy@nudgeapp.ae from the address associated with your account. We respond within 30 days.

Nudge is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact privacy@nudgeapp.ae and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
